I was born in Düzce, in 1982 as a child of a working father and a housewife mother. Having two little brothers and one little sister helped me to develop my sense of responsibility. Experiencing two earthquakes in 1999 and facing the losses taught me how to keep going in difficult situations. I graduated from Dumlupinar University in 2004 and started working at ANLAS where I interned as a student after completing my military duty as a second lieutenant. I have 17 years of experience, mainly in the automotive industry. Building a system and/or improving a process (e.g., decreasing scrap rate, increasing productivity, decreasing personal turnover, etc.) have always excited me. I consider myself an expert in Bambury, Mixing, Extrusion, Injection Molding, and Assembly processes. After becoming a chemist, I graduated from the Izmir University of Economics and took an MBA. So as to improve myself and also do my job better as a Vice General Manager responsible for HR; IT, Finance, Purchasing, R&D, Production, Planning, Engineering, Sales and Marketing, and Quality departments, I have been a part of Azteca University to take a Ph.D. degree (eDBA) that I am studying on Strategic Management. Richard Barret, Marshall Goldsmith, Daniel Goleman, Acar Baltas, Ahmet Serif Izgoren, and Stephen Covey are my favorite writers from whom I have learned many crucial things about personal and business life. Furthermore, I am greatly interested in Harward Business Review (Original and Turkish versions).
