ION has approximately 550 nationally situated employees divided among National Sales, the Broadcast Stations, Engineering and Technology, Marketing, Finance and Accounting. I oversaw a small team of HR and Payroll professionals and we managed Employee Relations, Payroll, Benefits, Performance Management, Compensation, and HR Metrics reporting.

I directed the Benefits, HRIS, and Compensation functions for this 3,000 employee cable/telecommunications provider, while also providing specific overall HR and Employee Relations support to our HR professionals in the Media Sales division, the Business to Business Sales division, Central Operations, and the Corporate office functions.
