Current- Serve as a leader on cross-functional client teams, overseeing the configuration and delivery of client work, ensuring adherence to work planning framework, validating configuration and testing approaches, providing.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance aimed at helping enterprise-level clients manage, evolve, and enhance their CX platforms via best-in-class solutions designed to meet their business needs.
- Support and manage a team of four Solutions Consultants with a focus on coaching, oversight, development, and performance appraisals.
- Take an active role in the recruiting, hiring, and assessment of candidates. Lead product training and key onboarding sessions.
- Identify opportunities to iterate and improve on existing processes through active participation in internal initiatives aimed at helping the organization grow, scale, and learn.
- Research and gain expertise on new product features and functionality. Serve as a subject matter expert within the delivery organization focused on the testing, implementing, and deployment of new features.
