From Graphic and Visual to Interaction and UX Design, I have loved making stuff that people experience in a positive and enjoyable way. Although goal metrics and business objectives are critical, every design decision should revolve around the audience, customer, or users' needs and the data to validate them. I've always believed - keep the users happy and the rest will follow!As a designer, I enjoy solving problems, unearthing insights, reshaping requirements, iterating on explorations, and of course, having fun through it all. Blending this process with fellow designers, product managers, SMEs, and engineers is also what I love about this field - working together to find the best, most feasible outcome in the time we have. It’s super-rewarding and satisfying to hand off a set of deliverables on time.Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of launching keystone promotion product features on Google Store’s Content Management System such as Coupon Code management and Discount Rule composition in addition to revamping Top-of-funnel Marketing pages, like Product Detail pages, with more user-centric principles and considerations. I’ve also leveraged my visual design background to methodically refresh the imagery style for Google Cloud Platform product pages.
