- Provide individualized advising on academic planning, graduate school preparation, experiential learning opportunities & career exploration to 30+ first-generation, low-income, and/or BIPOC students participating in Ronald E. McNair Postbaccalaureate Achievement Program and Early Identification Program (EIP)- Contribute to the development of quarterly course curriculum for McNair/EIP seminars- Effectively facilitate engaging weekly seminar topics that prepare students for the graduate program admissions application cycle, summer research and internship opportunities, public speaking, and research presentation skills- Generate and execute recruitment plans for new cohorts of Scholars; engage with faculty, university staff, and McNair alumni (graduate students) to increase awareness of McNair Scholars Program- Design onboarding and orientation programs for newly admitted Scholars to orient them to Program logistics- Create community programs to promote well-being, strategic planning, and cultural immersion for Scholars- Support the annual planning and execution of the Gabriel E. The Robert College Summer Program is a English Language Immersion Program. The summer program encourages Turkish youth to heighten their English speaking skills through storytelling, performance art, athletics, fine art activities, and community exploration.
