General Manager of a small privately held corporation which grew to 40 employees, consisting of three retail/wholesale outlets and corporate support facilities with total leased space of 35K Ft. Products include all board level components, test, computer, and manufacturing equipment. Accomplishments include:• Played a major role in successfully growing sales to $4M and managing the company as a leader in the industrial electronic supply field in Silicon Valley and Northern California.• Management- Directed three Store Managers, two Purchasing Managers, a Test Engineer, and a Warehouse Manager.• Sales- Handle key and complex account sales and select industrial transactions. Planned and implemented semiconductor handling and sales processes for worldwide broker sales. • Purchasing- Oversee the purchase and selection of 5000 new computer products and R&D supplies as a distributor. Worked directly with 100’s of Silicon Valley manufacturers Materials Managers, Purchasing Agents, and Management to negotiate the purchase of excess equipment and components resulting in over 40M in gross profits.
