It helps forward-thinking, large associations leverage and benefit from the innovation and technology that Fortune 500 for-profit companies use.As Manger of Project and Services Operations, I utilize my customer relationship management and organizational skills to lead a team of Project Managers engaged in the implementation of the NimbleAMS product built on the Salesforce platform. Along with direct management of projects, I am the escalation point for project challenges and client issues. I produce solutions that remove roadblocks to project success. I am heavily involved in all aspects of overall services functions including partner relationships, contracts administration, internal resourcing, forecasting, strategy, and budgeting.

Managing the project to ensure we deliver on-time, within scope and under budget a product that meets the customer's requirements and is approved by all stakeholders.

Tina Carr is a Senior Project Manager and former Senior Consultant with over 27 years of experience working for Hewlett Packard Enterprise (formerly Electronic Data Systems (EDS)) in the information technology industry. Tina has diverse experience supporting Government Agencies (GSA, DOC, DHS, FLETC, TSA, NASA, HUD, VA, NSF), military (Army, Navy, Marine Corps), Commercial Clients (MCI, AT&T, Lechters, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Metavance, KFSweden, EDS Payroll) and internal corporate organizations through the Public Sector PMO (Global Procurement, Supply Chain, Small Business Management, and Compliance.) On these projects, Tina has utilized both project management and technical skills to provide programmatic oversight in all phases of the system development life cycle. She has experience in sales pursuits, contracts renewal, reporting to senior leadership and corporate separation management. In addition, Tina possesses strong leadership, interpersonal communication and process improvement skills with a record of accomplishment in client and team environments.

Tina provided technical and architectural leadership to development teams on multiple projects involving integration of legacy services with web-enabled systems using a myriad of middleware solutions, databases, coding languages and security protocols. To ensure a quality solution, Tina provided oversight on the technical specifications, data mapping, project schedule, scope, issues, risks, stakeholder communication, metrics production and quality gates.
