I worked within Magenta Living for some time, almost four years before my current role. At the time I worked for a youth engagement agency based in Yorkshire, however I was based within Partnership Building, Magenta Livings Head Office, being Fourteen19’s key contact in Merseyside and delivering projects with national and local clients.After four great years with Fourteen19 and being mentored by MD Graham Sykes, a new office location was introduced and it was agreed that our time working together had come to an end; though I do have an open invitation to visit the new office!Now, I work alongside Magenta Living's Communications Team, engaging customers and staff alike while ensuring information is clear and easily accessible. Personally, I ensure Magenta Living keeps in touch with digital trends and continues to innovate. I also help manage our website, staff Intranet and social media channels. I also support Magenta Living by creating content collateral, a particular strength being the production of video content to drive our digital engagement.

I worked for a youth engagement company based in Yorkshire, Fourteen19, while being supported by Magenta Living, being based within their head office and acting as Fourteen19’s key contact in Merseyside. Delivering projects for national and local clients; engaging young people as a content creator and account manager.As an organisation, we operate within the principles of a social enterprise. All Fourteen19 staff were committed to benefiting the lives of young people and we achieve this by involving 14-19 year olds in every stage of our creative process. To date, we have worked with over a thousand young people. Our staff has an average age of 23 and we work hard to run an active mentoring programme which fast tracks our employees and gives them significantly more responsibility than they would receive in other organisations.
