I actively advocate for a more dynamic and credible EU enlargement process, which would be possible through the implementation of our Staged Accession Model, which has become an inseparable part of ongoing discussions concerning EU enlargement.

Within the scope of internationally funded projects in the field of Public Administration Reform, my responsibilities include active participation in project preparation and implementation, as well as the production of comprehensive reports that detail project progress and outcomes., providing critical insights to our stakeholders and partners.Through my work on various projects, I have been given the opportunity to strongly contribute to the incorporation of sustainable development goals into public policy documents and localise them in local development plans.

In my role as a Public Opinion Researcher, I organized and conducted public opinion polls, processed the data statistically, and wrote reports on the research findings. My work provided valuable insights into public sentiment on youth-related issues and informed decision-making processes in the field of youth policy.In addition, I collaborated with a team of experts to develop strategies for engaging young people in the democratic process. This work involved organising workshops, focus groups, and other outreach activities aimed at encouraging young people to vigorously embrace their civic rights and responsibilities.

As a member of the Election Monitoring Centre team, I had the opportunity to organise independent election monitoring in the Republic of Serbia, ensuring transparency and accountability in the democratic process. In addition to this critical work, I also had the chance to write media reports on ongoing elections worldwide, providing valuable insights into the electoral landscape across the globe.As part of our efforts to promote democratic engagement and civic education, I helped organise workshops and youth training programs, empowering young people to take an active role in shaping their communities. Finally, I managed social media accounts, using these platforms to disseminate information about our work and engage with our supporters and partners.
