In June 2016, I launched The S-Project. This unique, comprehensive program was designed to equip Syracuse student-athletes with the skills and knowledge to have a successful career at Syracuse University and beyond. This outcome-based life skills program will focus on 4 areas: Career Readiness, Financial Education, Healthy Relationships and Wellness, and Personal Development. The program partners with various campus resources and leverages opportunities available to all Syracuse students. Programming is specifically designed to engage student-athletes in all stages of their career at Syracuse.
