About Michelle Huynh

Main areas of work have been at the intersection between learning, technology, and immersive entertainment. ▪ BACKGROUND ▪Very fortunate to be fully immersed in the world of immersive content via my work on AR projects at Google and my side hobby running an event group specializing in theme based events. Currently working on bringing about more AR smart phone experiences to the wider user bases at Google. Prior to entering tech, I have 5+ years of experience in education with emphasis on taking research findings to implementation in real world contexts. Research experience includes EdTech research at SRI International, working across discipline with a range of experts (e.g., researchers, game designers, computer scientists, teachers). Tested and implemented novel cutting-edge technologies in educational contexts (e.g., VR, game-based assessments). Led the efforts to develop protocols and methods to implement the technologies in classrooms while collecting data with high fidelity from multiple data sources (e.g., audio, video, screenplay, telemetry, programming code) for later analysis.▪ CONTACT ME ▪Open to new opportunities or connections to introduce more AR/VR experiences. Contact via LinkedIn.
