Responsible for the management of over 300 properties, landlords and tenants within the Midlands region and areas of London, I have continually progressed and developed in this company over the last 6 years. Tasked with advising clients on property investments and portfolio management as well as ensuring the main office is running efficiently and seamlessly my day to day roles include; * Conducting property inventories, inspections and viewings* Fulfilling maintenance requests for the companies portfolio and liaising with and delegating to contractors* Establishing and coordinating property renovations, advising on required works and setting budgets* Ensuring that all renovation projects are kept to budget, timings and to the highest of standards* Ensuring properties within the portfolio are compliant with all aspects of housing legislation including gas safety reports, electrical safety, legionella reports, fire safety reports, EPC’s, right to rent etc.* Organising and implementing tenancy sign ups and landlord management agreements* Sourcing property investment opportunities, advising clients and owning investment projects end-to-end
