The Westpac WIBS platform is an in-house suite of applications supporting value processing in excess of $30 Million per minute for 170 of Westpac's largest and highest value corporate and institutional customers.As Network, Security, and Infrastructure SME, I worked as principal resource for solution design, deployment, and ongoing technical operations of secure, and highly resilient, multi-data centre solutions.

Working with a team supporting over 800 users across WAN connected sites in Australia and New Zealand, we provided well-planned, best-practice solutions for both IT and Telephony systems across the group. As Infrastructure Engineering Lead, my role involved technical design, deployment, and operations of business critical systems, and support of the National Infrastructure manager in co-ordinating in-house resources, external suppliers, and consultants, to execute on complex, high-visibility projects projects and BAU initiatives.

As Senior Network Engineer at Intralot, my primary role was to ensure the uptime and performance of the green-fields Cisco and Checkpoint deployment for our corporate and gaming networks. Ensuring the uptime of all proprietary gaming systems/networks, and supporting the IT and lottery operations teams in adhering to standards required in the highly regulated gaming industry.Leading the WAN team at Intralot, I managed a small team of engineers that supported the 1500+ retailers connecting to the Intralot network.
