Updating the TEPS/USAID M&E data sheet on a weekly basis is one of my primary responsibilities. This involves contacting field staff regularly to collect M&E data using the newly implemented TEPS templates. Assisting the M&E Specialist in adjusting the old database to align with the new system is another key aspect of my role, ensuring that our data management remains efficient and up-to-date. Contributing to the development of assessment and evaluation reports, I also participate in assessment interviews, providing valuable input and support. Sorting and completing the M&E folders is part of my routine, where I ensure that all hard copies of grant documents are organized according to Dos. Assisting the CSOs program consultant, I help coordinate efforts with IPs, and I support the M&E Specialist by extracting and generating reports from the M&E data sheet as requested by the COP or USAID. Managing the events calendar, I make sure that all relevant staff are informed about upcoming events. I also assist the Grant department in gathering grant documents and conducting grant closeout checks. Throughout all these tasks, I maintain a high standard of documentation, ensuring that our activities and achievements are accurately recorded and well-organized.This role will involve conducting both quantitative and qualitative analyses to assess program impact and monitor progress towards key objectives.
