• Milk Sampling• Milk Analysis: fat%, LR, Paneer Test, Sensory evaluation, Adulteration check, temp. and PH Measurements, Fat in Dairy Cream etc. • Documenting & Reporting test results, quality issues, daily Milk collection, Numbers of cheese wheel, dairy cream cans.• Production Management cheese (Cheddar, Mozzarella, Cottage Burger Slices), Butter, Desi Ghee, Dairy Cream.• Shift Management of Production, Storing & Packing of Cheese.• Measuring the weight of chemicals (Salt, Culture, Rennet, Chymosin, Citric acid, Natamycin, Potassium Sorbamate, Sodium citrate etc)• 13% Reducing in waste of cheese during production• 0.7% increase in Yield of production• Prevention from Fungus of Cheese during retailing by improving hygiene, reducing contamination, Applying GMPs during packaging & ensure maintain of temperature during transportation.• Performing regular inspections & tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.•Documenting & Reporting test results, quality issues, daily Milk collection, Numbers of cheese wheel, dairy cream cans.• Coordinate with milk suppliers to enhance the quality of milk, Clean & disinfect containers and time efficiency.
