Maintain strict adherence to design requirements and quality standards.• Proactively identified and resolved on-site issues, including design discrepancies, to prevent disruptions.• Collaborated with local authorities to secure necessary permits and approvals, ensuring legal compliance of construction projects.• Lead project teams and facilitate effective communication between stakeholders.• Prepare and manage FIDIC-compliant documentation to ensure the contractual aspects of projects are properly executed.• Created progress reports and presentations on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.• Prepared Engineer Estimates and Rate analysis of non-schedule items requested by clients• Supervised on-site (NDT) and laboratory tests, ensuring compliance with safety protocols• Implemented and maintain a robust Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program to ensure project compliance and quality.• Manage project timelines and resources with a focus on time management.• Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, ETABS, Blue Beam, MS Office, MS Project, and Primavera for project management, planning and design tasks.

Due to my resourcefulness, my primary responsibility as an Assistant Engineer at NESPAK entails the following:• Optimizing proposals, PC-1s, and tender documents adhering to the FIDIC formats for different projects.• Provided comprehensive project control support across a portfolio of building projects, ensuring adherence to budget and schedule.• Reviewed and prepared the drawings using AutoCAD and made the necessary corrections.• Managed daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. • Created progress reports and presentations on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.• Reviewed and supervised construction programs against contractual milestones, optimizing project scheduling and coordination by using Primavera P6.• Managed inventory and procurement of construction materials, minimizing waste and ensuring timely delivery.• Supervised earthwork, foundation construction, masonry work, and steel component manufacturing for RCC structures.
