Scrutinising cash payments while finalizing accounts; conducting reconciliation of bank; reviewing Agreements for Debtors and Creditors Accounts. Monitoring order processing, credit clearance as per company’s credit policy; scrutinising the vouchers before payment as per the company’s procedure and processes.Ò Payroll Processing(WPS) Overseeing attendance management, payroll processing of the employees(WPS). Setting up, stabilising processes and ensuring smooth commencement of operations. Computing & arranging timely deposit of salary/wages due, accruals, deductions and other payroll functions based on payments calculations and entitlements in line with company’s procedures and labour law.Ò MIS/ Reports Implementing systems and procedures for preparation & maintenance of statutory books of accounts & financial statements ensuring compliance with the statutory requirements. Generating and compiling annual financial reports, MIS, reconciliation statements & statutory reports. Ò Data Update Inputting payroll data into the system in accordance with statutory and contractual obligations and to pre-defined timescales. Posting figures and enter data on appropriate payroll documents. Preparing payroll reportsÒ Data Analysis Conducting financial data analysis based on reports / data to support management in decision making. Analyse payroll data. Evaluating financial reports and recommending modifications to operations, budgets and other financial controls. Reviewing all documents related to budgets, revenues, expenses, invoices, etc.
