Role:To manage the end-to-end learning & development processes including: Working with business leaders and managers to identify training needs and trends within the business. Designing, both in-house and with expert third parties, a solution which includes a blended approach to learning such as coaching, classroom training, 1-2-1 sessions, and action learning & e-learning. Delivering these blended solutions and training sessions to delegates, mostly at management level. Manage Training budget. Development of- Training team.- Knowledge transfer tools- Learning paths for the new recruits and cross skilled employees and issue licenses to operate- Domain learning path to strengthen the domain knowledge of employees with a specific process. Grooming and Mentoring of employees up for a promotion and other growth opportunities Identifying variations in a process and implementation of standardization across the processes Preparation and updating SOP – Standard Operating Procedures and Process maps Designed and Conduct on a timely basis- TNA - Training need analysis- PHO - Pre Hire Orientation (Pre onboarding training program targeted at keeping the candidates engaged till the offer rollout)- NHO - New Hire Orientation (Orientation program designed to help understand the organization its mission, vision and overall direction)- NHI - New Hire Integration (Business specific integration program designed to integrate the employees with their actual stake holder within their process.)- Tool training ( process specific)- Process knowledge tests and Whiteboard assessments- Soft skill trainings. Researched new and latest techniques for possible inclusion into existing training process.
