My key achievements:• Worked with the board of directors and audit committees in development of risk mitigation strategies and process improvement initiatives across the group companies. • Worked with the board of directors and leadership team in the formulation of the long term and short-term strategies of operating companies and the group.• Worked with Marketing and Supply Chain teams on matters relating to Commercial Finance which includes commercial decision making, review of contracts with partners and performance management of business units to improve profitability. • Involved in the acquisition transaction of a Pharmaceutical company amounting to PKR 15 bn.• Lead the IPO project of a pharmaceutical company and obtained required regulatory approval of Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) for raising capital amounting to PKR 5 bn.• Involved in the acquisition transaction of Intravenous (IV) manufacturing facility amounting to PKR 3.5 bn.• Lead the process of obtaining long term financing amounting to PKR 2.8 bn through Sukuk for business expansion.• Worked with IT teams on the projects relating to digitalization of business processes, implementation of SAP, matters relating to IT governance and cyber security.• Worked with consultants for valuation and due diligence exercise of various acquisition transactions in the group and reported findings to the board of directors.
