I am responsible to:1: Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) & Policies relating EHS and Conduct HAZOP to ensure the process safety. 2: Conduct Environment management system (EMS) ISO 14001:2015 & Occupational health and Safety management System (OHSMS) ISO 45001:2018 audits on biannually basis and Deals External Auditors for QMS, EMS & OHSMS Certifications and Customers relating EHS & Labor audits. 3: Monitor local area compliance with OHS and EMS policy and procedures and strive for the Employee Safety awareness and trainings. 4: Monitor Effluent Treatment Plant and ensure discharge of waste water as per PEQS.5: Ensure monitoring of Emissions (Air, Water and Land) by third party and take necessary measures to mitigate the findings.6: Prepare Training need assessment (TNA).7: Carryout Job safety Analysis for proactive prevention.8: Conduct Risk assessment as per requirement of Risk assessment rules.9: Identify the near miss incidents, investigate the incidents and develop injuries and incident prevention strategies in areas and maintain monthly and annual incident data to avoid recurrence.10: Develop capital expenditure (CAPEX) for the EHS related activities on annual basis.11: Conduct trainings regarding Fire Suit , Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus , Emergency Evacuation, Fire Fighting (by Chemical Foam, Fire Extinguishers, Blanketing and Hydrant System), Spillage Handling, CPR, First aid for multiple injuries, Ergonomics & Manual Handling, Fumes masks, Working at height, Confined Space entry, Lock-out/Tag-out & Try-out (LOTOTO).12: Inspect Portable power tools, lifting gears, hand tools and other equipment etc. prior to job as per PTW procedure.
