 Responsible for Regulatory and Legal Compliances across the organization including replying to Letters and Notices received from government agencies like SEBI, UIDAI, PFRDA, RBI, ED, Income Tax, GST, CBI, ACB, et cetera. Providing advisory on Compliance related matters to Business Verticals & Corporate Functions. Supporting the Operations Team in ensuring that the debarring of Investors as required by Regulators like SEBI. Responsible for handling all the Commercial Agreements which majorly includes RTA Agreements, Referral Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements etc. Responsible for guiding and helping other Team Members in a day to day working.

• Handling all the Commercial Agreements starting from receiving request from Business Development or Presales Department till signing of the Agreements. • Having responsibility to handle multiple type of Agreements related to Clients, Vendors, and Facilities which majorly include Master Services Agreement, Vendor Service Agreement, Service Level Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreement, Reseller Agreements, Consultancy Agreements, Recruitment Process Outsourcing Agreements, Lease Agreements/Deeds, Letter of Engagement, Letter of Intent, Purchase Orders/Work Orders, Termination Notices.• Assisting Company in Litigation Matters which includes cases filed by employees, vendors and Clients, issuing Legal Notices, reply of Legal Notices.• Advising Legal Point of View to stakeholders on a day to day basis. • Responsible for Regulatory and Legal Compliance across the organization.
