Formulated the operating strategy and was responsible for day to day management and professional development of a 21-member high performing team of analysts working on a range of strategy topics.Led the team to make distinctive contributions to the firm's thought leadership and client servicing. Developed the new domestic location of the generalist research service line, the single largest research capability in the firm, as its first team leader. Led a cross functional initiative merging recruitment and development, IT solutions and administrative infrastructure. Partnered with senior leadership team to set the strategic direction and expanded the capability, scale and scope of the team through intensive, hands-on leadership.

Part of the core Procurement team at Coca- Cola India, managing purchases of key raw and packaging material. Facilitated timely payments to the key suppliers by reconciling supplier invoices with actual receipts by the 25+ company owned plants of the company throughout India and prepared reports for the Procurement function leadership.
