Responsibilities:-• Responsible for Sourcing, Screening, Short listing, Interviewing and Submitting candidates through Cold Calling, resume mining, Internet Job Boards (Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Hot Jobs, Computer Works, etc), referrals, headhunting, researching and networking.• Working on all kind of requirement (fulltime, contract and contract to hire).• Acted as the liaison between the Client and the Company • Involved in regular follow up with the client on day to day basis to receive new Job Orders and Feedbacks.• Expert level utilization of Internet Job Boards such as Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Hot Jobs, Computer Works, Computer Jobs, Execunet, etc;• Expert level utilization of Social Networking and Social Media such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Buzz, Digs, etc.• Checked references scheduled & coordinated all skill(s) testing for prospective hires.• Full Recruitment cycle – Sourcing, screening, rate/Salary negotiation, submittal, follow up, Interview and joining.• Developed and maintained business relationships with international clients /vendors.• Plan, organize and develop sales presentations for prospective and existing clients in the IT sector.• Dealing with direct clients like Intel, Oracle, Sancor, Tivo etc.• Recruit IT consultants for various projects. • Co-ordinate with projects manager & team lead for various IT projects.• Handling online order processing and after sales customer support.• Performing sales activities for strategic accounts to achieve or exceed assigned revenue objectives.• Discovering business needs of prospects to facilitate sales efforts.• Developing account plans and sales strategies that will ensure sustainable business growth. • Collaborating with pre-sales/ marketing to determine effective sales techniques• Generating daily report in Excel sheet and send report to the higher authorities.
