Trainee in Johnson & Johnson's StepIN Leadership Development Program, a 2-year program for high potentials in the life sciences. In three 8-month rotations, I am building in-depth process knowledge in the pharmaceutical industry, project management skills and leadership qualities to prepare me for future roles in the company.

Ph.D. role in the Laboratory for Thin Films and Photovoltaics focused on the use of PVD systems for the fabrication and processing of thin films, in particular dielectric and semiconducting materials, for new applications in solid-state batteries. In this role, extensive work was done on novel concepts of anode and cathode integration. Other responsibilities included student mentoring and hands-on experience with test equipment, including independent maintenance of complex systems. In addition, a patent (co-inventor) is in progress, reflecting innovative contributions to the field.

Led industrial research at pilot plants to develop and manufacture Li-ion battery electrodes using aqueous processes in collaboration with Arkema SA. Improved sustainable manufacturing by optimizing PVDF latex binder applications, enhancing slurry properties, electrode performance, and durability through strategic experimentation and materials analysis. Collaborated with interdisciplinary teams to advance technology. Conducted life cycle analysis in battery manufacturing. Integrated an SQL server to streamline data analysis, test management, and project database capabilities, facilitating seamless data transfer.

Invited guest student to work on the master thesis within the research group "Electrochemical Energy Storage" under the direction of Prof. Dr. Petr Novák- Preparation of adequate slurries for electrode production- Electrochemical characterization of the electrodes using various techniques, e.g. cyclic voltammetry (CV)- Development of a new Online Electrochemical Mass Spectrometry (OEMS) setup
