.I am on a mission to clean up and detoxify our environment.We can accomplish this by holding industrial/chemical, war machine, pharmaceutical and other Legacy Polluters responsible financially, thereby bring about a positive shift away from their unsafe and unhealthy practices. I’ve been a Plaintiff’s trial lawyer for decades.I’ve studied and taught at Gerry Spence Trial Lawyer College and more recently at Trial by Human. In the last decades my cases have generally involved complicated medical and scientific issues in birth injury, products liability (Transvaginal Mesh) and increasingly, chemical exposure cases. Since 2019. I've been promoting social and legal positive evolution by the use of art, film, music and poetry in addition to law and science. I’ve published 4 books of poetry in the last year (see Publications below) to educate and inspire the generation of ordinary heroes of all types that are needed now more than ever . I am also the founder of The Truth And Justice League and Universe Favors the Hero projects which are expanding rapidly and going international .
