I started my career as Software Quality Assurance Engineer from eDev Technologies in January 2003 and my overall professional experience is around 5+ Years in Software Quality Assurance and IT industry.Having 2 and half years experience of SQA Manager and currently engaged with eDev Technologies. During my tenure edev got CMMI Level 2 Certified. I'm Responsible for:To conduct internal quality audit and verifying the ISO and CMMI process compliance in eDev Technologies.To design test strategy of Load and performance testing on client project and review load and performance test result.Work Experience of United Bank Ltd:From Nov 2004 to April 2006 I was engaged with United Bank Limited, during my job tenure I established QAT Department and redefined their SDLC and roles and responsibilities of QA and Test Engineers. I was responsible for defining the QA Plan, Test Strategy and Release management of their Banking Products. Further I was responsible for hiring Quality Assurance and Test Engineers and conducting their interviews and managing the SQA Team.Worked on following banking application and products:
