• Producing / developing process simulations.• Making calculations for equipment specification leading to development of equipment datasheets.• Developing Process Flow Diagrams (PFD) and Piping & Instrument Diagrams (P&ID). • Writing process design documentation including the process basis of design, design philosophies and other reports.• Supervise project staff, ensuring cost-effective utilization of labor. • Provide executive management with documentation of project's progress.• Liaising with other engineering disciplines (mechanical, piping and layout, electrical, etc.).• Performing technical reviews of vendor documentation.

• Computer Fluid Dynamics Simulation and experimental validation for unsteady state hydroprocessing reactors.• Optimizing Bitumen – based Upgrading and Refining Schemes by using HYSYS, process control and simulations software.• Vapor-Liquid Equilibrium Study and Operating Regime Prediction in Bitumen Derived Heavy Distillates Hydrotreater.• Coordinated activities on the client projects. • Oversee project's financial aspects, including budget, cost control, and process engineering. • Supervise project staff, ensuring cost-effective utilization of labor. • Provide executive management with documentation of project's progress.• Developing and proposing new ideas for on-going projects and future research projects and writing research reports, journal papers, preparing and making presentations at various conferences and workshops based on research findings from above.• Working closely with other professionals and team members on the above projects and other projects if needed.
