CurrentLead capability development strategy & execution in Operations and Quality function (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality Food Safety, Finance, Research and Innovation, Project, and Human Resource), ensure all learning & development initiative aligned with organization goals.• Mobilize stakeholders to create strategic plans on people's capability development.• Create user friendly tools to do meaningful assessment on individual learning needs.• Implement learning plan by collaborating with business leaders, and HR colleagues to give high quality learning experience.• Engage the external world to adopt cutting edge learning methods that can be more effective and efficient.• Deliver meaningful facilitation with high engagement in classroom learning.• Implement metrics to measure each learning give value to the individual, team, and business performance.• Manage budget and resources to gain value for money learning & development initiative.• Monitoring costs and ensuring costs are in accordance with the plan.• Monitoring Purchase Order (PO) and ensure timely delivery of PO to Vendor.
