Direct and supervise a team of maintenance on day-to-day operation And maintenance issues related to the HVAC system and controls.Perform repair and preventative maintenance work on a wide range of equipment types to ensure functionality and efficiency.Communicate and maintain a checklist of HVAC activities and Preventive maintenance as per schedule.Provide technical support and training to team members while they Were working on HVAC and control systems.Maintain all documents related to HVAC engineering services in order and communicate with senior members.Raising purchase requisitions, store requisitions, notifications, and PM orders through the SAP PM module.Comply with and maintain the safety guidelines and producers in the Maintenance functions.Coordinate with the purchasing department for timely availability of Materials and services.Responsible for BMS operations for AHUS, Exhaust fans, ventilation fans, Plant room, Heat Exchangers, Dehumidifiers, etc.

Perform Operation & Maintenance of the whole HVAC system including, Direct Fired Absorption Chillers, Air Handling Units, DX Units, Wet Dust collectors, Cooling Towers, Chilled Water Pumps, Condenser Water Pumps, Exhaust fans, and Heating units.Conduct Preventive maintenance (PM) to keep them running and prevent any costly unplanned downtime from unexpected equipment failure.Implement HEPA filter integrity test (FIT) that prevents the transmission of contaminant particles that would be unacceptable, especially in pharmaceutical industries.Coordinate with different departments, including the production, QC, Micro, and warehouse departments.Execute Air balancing annually to ensure the right amount of conditioned air (hot or cold, depending on the season) to be as comfortable as possible.

Inspected/repaired and performed general upkeep of direct fired absorption chillers, AHU, package units, cold storage, portable dehumidifiers, floor standing units, split units, water coolers, dust extraction units, air curtain, screw type air compressors and air dryer .Layouting and connecting electrical wiring between controls and equipment according to the wiring diagram, using electrician's hand tools.Installing water intake and drainage lines and pipes, recharging air conditioning/heating systems with refrigerants as necessary.Installing, maintaining, insulating, and repairing pipes for chilled water and other systems.Installing electrical lines from panel to the unit to include wiring of components, thermostats, circuit breakers, power distribution switches, and safety devices.Cleaning condenser coils, checking all operational and safety controls, checking suction and discharges pressure, checking for refrigerant leaks.Evacuating and recharging system on air assisting other mechanics in diagnosing and repairing equipment for operating efficiency and safety factors.Reviewing incoming and completed work orders and maintains related records.Maintaining the HVAC system by testing it regularly with equipment, analyzed the system and suggested necessary steps.
