Worked on electrical drives, Planning and designing for electrical drawings. Studied Automation area and worked in electronics Lab for assembling the components and designed the circuits for testing the communication cables.

 Work done in maintenance and troubleshooting of running machines, electric panels and instrumentation side and PLC's (CoDeSys Programming) Work done on Lenze, KEB, LS(Variable Frequency Drives) for controlling the speed of motors (single phase & 3-phase) Installation of electrical panels. Parameterization and controlling done of inverters controlling the speed of three phase motors. Designed different electric panels according to requirements using 3phase breakers, contactors, AC& DC relays, timers, Inverters.  Making observation, PM and audit reports regarding all machines. Make all machines in running condition by doing proactive works. Coordinate to other companies regarding parts of the machines. Calibration done of load cell and PH on machines. Commissioning and installation of Fabric Printing and Fabric Finishing Machines. All wiring and termination done from machine as well as electric panel side. Keep maintaining records regarding machines maintenance and its spare parts. Lead the team regarding different projects. Automation and Instrumentation system related to machine’s process.
