As the Director of Finance at Start UiS, a startup accelerator that helps entrepreneurs launch and scale their businesses, I oversee the financial planning, analysis, and reporting of the organization. I also support the startups in developing their financial models, budgets, and projections, and advise them on fundraising and investment strategies. In addition, I was a Teaching Assistant at University of Stavanger, where I mentored the students on academic and career development. I am currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree at the same university, with a focus on Applied Finance. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from University of the Punjab, and I also studied International Business at ISM University of Management and Economics. I have more than one year of work experience as an Amazon Specialist at Bizistech, where I managed multiple product launches, conducted product research, and optimized product listings on Amazon Seller Central. I have developed strong skills in e-commerce, digital marketing, and data analysis, as well as core competencies in financial management, strategic thinking, and problem-solving. I am passionate about creating value for customers, empowering entrepreneurs, and fostering a culture of learning and growth.
