Worked as Project Engineer and performed the following duties:• Designing of complete HVAC systems both VAV and CAV• Heating and Cooling load calculation using HAP 4.34• Duct design and Routing and static head loss calculations and Selection of diffusers and grilles.• Design of Kitchen and Car parking ventilation system.• Chiller Plant Room Design with selection of chillers, pumps and cooling towers.• Equipment (AHU and FCU) selection and location.• Pre- construction design review and co- ordination.• Co-ordinate with Plumbing, Drainage, HVAC, Fire fighting, chilled water piping activities.• Design of ventilation system according to the ASHRAE standard 62.1.2007• Steam pipe sizing and calculations.• Layout and designing of piping and pipe sizing for plumbing fixtures.• Review and Inspection of Mechanical and Piping installation works as per projectSpecifications, Data sheets, Engineering drawings, etc.• Read and interpret plans, specifications and schematics and guide and lead team of draftsmen to prepare the design/coordination and tender drawings in coordination with other services, section details and installation details.• Plumbing calculations and design (selection of pumps, FU calculation for water supply and drainage)• Head loss calculation of both open and closed piping networks• Making feasibility reports and life cycle costing and preparation of BOQ.• Maintaining the Records and Documents of Meetings with clients and contractors, vendors and different activities.
