My responsibilities includes sampling, fabric sourcing, fabric dyeing and printing, and Embroidery work.Coordination with Stitiching department to supply them all items within Time frame work.Making TNA of whole phase.I have over 5 years of diverse experience from fiber to fabric to garments in Yarn R&D ,Planning and Merchandising.I have expertise in manufacturing of staple yarn produced from 100% Cotton  ,CVC, PC,melange yarn (ranges from 10/1 to 120/1) along with Core spun and dual core yarn for denim fabrics.I also have sufficient knowledge about Filament Yarns of various Type (DTY,TTY ,FDY) of polyester and Nylon in different ranges which we are using them in narrow fabrics in many count ranges polyester counts include (50D/36Fx1,75D/36Fx1,100D/36Fx1 to 300D/96F ) and Nylon Count range includes (40D/12Fx1,40D/34F×2,70D/24Fx1,70D/24Fx2,70/48Fx2,70/68Fx2 etc).Furthermore I am well aware of Quality parameters of staple fibers(Length,Strength, Uniformity, Mic,SFI,Neps etc)and Yarns(CLSP,single yarn strength, IPI,U%,CV% Hairiness etc),which leads to Good Quality of fabric and garments.
