My job responsibilities:• Email management (Google, Outlook, and Office365) • IT support for computers and Mobile phones• Maintaining Laptops and migration of users from one system to another • Troubleshooting the technical issues.• Resolving Tickets and services now• Responded to IT support requests from end-users via phone, email, or in person, and provided• Timely resolution to technical issues. • Installed, configured, and troubleshoot hardware components, including desktops, laptops, printers, and Peripherals.• Supported and maintained software applications, including Microsoft Office suite antivirus Software, and specialized business applications. • Installation of Windows operating system using USB drive. • VPN Installation.

• Introduce and marketing of security and surveillance services to the banks, corporate clients, and local client.• Services include (CIT-cash in transit, Security guards providing etc.)• Identify market potential and developing sales volume.• Aware the customers from the benefits of security service, that how much it will helpful for them.• Get the sales from banks, corporate clients, and local client (Brand shops and restaurant) by introduce our security services which is cash in transit and provide them security guard services.• Make sure the banks and other clients that their assets will be carrying through the bullet proof vehicles along with 4 guards and under SOPs.• Engage the clients by further more telling about services which include there proper CCTV cameras and tracker are installed in our security vehicles and at our control room there is team who monitoring every activity and movement through surveillance system
