Worked as an inbound sales executive in DGS. DGS are often known as pioneers in the telesales industry and working with them was a great learning experience. We had to deal with potential & existing customers under strict quality measures to achieve defined sales targets.

Was an integral part of the operations and training team that established and operated an international campaign. The campaign was given to Systems Limited by a huge Asian brand and it has grown vastly since then.

Took care of all social media marketing activities from creating content to daily posting to customer engagement to photography and all. It was fun and easy because I've always had passion for that.
