Job Responsibilities:• Responsible for hands-on configuration of Oracle modules as well as for assisting client in the implementation, andSupport of Oracle E-Business suite solutions.• Working as System Administrator. Defining new responsibilities, Menus, Functions, Security Rules and accounts for relevant Profile options to ensure proper segregation of duties with effective control environment.• Ensuring proper flow of financial data to GL in their respective natural accounts and investigating and resolving the variances if occur.• Investigating the variances in sub ledger to GL reconciliations and guide end users for rectification.• Periodic testing of customized reports to ensure their affective working.• Open and Close monthly Periods after taking into account all exceptions and get them resolve from concerned users. • Co. ordinate with technical team regarding preparing testing and finalizing customized reports of inventory, SCM, OM,AP, AR and GL modules.• Ensuring proper validation, verification and reconciliations of the accounts data which is being entered in the system on periodic basis.Oracle Implementation Project:Company: JW Forland Worked with AFF Team as a Project Manager of JW Forland Oracle Implementation Project from Client Side and ensuring all the tasks got completed on timely basis and acting as an effective liaison between AFF Team and internal departments.Here all key Oracle modules like Purchasing, Inventory, ODM, OM, AP, AR, GL, FA and MRP had been implemented.In House Implementations:Performed detailed in house implementations of four companies of JW Sez Group. I have implemented all the key Oracle modules like Purchasing, Inventory, OM, AP, AR, FA and GL.Below are the details of the companies:1- Pakistan Holstein Pvt. Ltd (PHPL)2- Peshawar Zalmi.3- Zalmi Foundation.4- JW Sez Head Quarter.
