The user base consists of approx 2000 users spread globally, with around 60% of users based in various Shell Business Service Centres.The E-Banking team deals with an average of 600 incidents and requests each month. The global eBanking service is business critical, making approximately 16 thousand payments worth about USD 5 billion per working day, to both internal and external parties. It is used by over 600 legal entities and connects to 40 ERP systems throughout the group. It has approximately 2,000 users spread over 60 countries.The E-Banking team deals with an average of 600 incidents and requests each month.-Plan, Manage and organize test, training staging and production environments within product area.-Responsible for server and client computer hardware vendor management.-Contribute as resource in projects as required.-To manage standard service requests from users and business representatives based upon predefined process workflows/ procedures, (and a standard service catalogue).-Review and assure quality of works done by software development team from infrastructure perspective.-To produce the Operations and Management reports and ensure the accuracy of the calls, incidents and problems reporting.-To provide support to the UK base TMD/VT treasury team to check the rates and the systems in the server on daily basic. -Provide and manage Citrix access to the shell user globally.-Provide technical support for GSAP and Bank Communication System(BCS)-To liaise with 6 primary banks – Citibank, SCB, JPM, RBS, NORDEA and ANZ.
