Main Functions: Employee Relations, Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, L&D • Keeping the records of all employees and follow up on the required documents • Properly maintain and update HR reports• Calling candidates for interview arrangements and collecting necessary information and documents – Initial screening• Reviewing CV’s, Short listing, Interviewing, Conducting tests of the candidates• Interviewed Non Manual & Manual (skilled, semi skilled and unskilled candidates) and arrange technical interview schedules.• Preparing Offer Letters.• Reviewing all the CV’s received through fax, mail and walk-in • Actively participate and support in management of employee discipline, counseling and coaching employees. Do coaching and counseling on policies, procedures and implementation.• Arranging training programs and workshops for the employee’s according to HRM instructions/guidelines. • Arranging functions / events such as farewells for long term employees, employee of the quarter awards ceremony, Iftar dinner, sports events etc.• Checking all the incoming & outgoing mails.
