• Assigning Quality Control Inspector to inspect the quality of the construction work through regular inspections of the work in progress as per pre-approved Saudi Aramco Typical Inspection Plans (SATIPs).• Arranging kick-off meeting prior to start of activity, to discuss the quality requirements of the activity to be started.• Collates all original records signed and accepted by Saudi Aramco.• Having knowledge of Saudi Aramco Quality System, standards, Schedule-Q, Quality Plans, Quality control procedures.• Preparation of Inspection & Test Plans and checklists.• Document Control of IFC Drawings, as Built Drawings and Technical Queries. • Preparing the master log for the records of each discipline.• Preparing a “Two-week look ahead inspection schedule” for all forecasted quality activities to be submitted to Saudi Aramco.• Verifying on validity of the calibration of all monitoring and measuring devices used and update the status of calibration and expiry date by maintaining a log of all testing.• Validating reported non-conformities and participates in the root cause analysis of discovered non-conformance and recommends corrective action to prevent recurrence of the nonconformity.• Responds to LBEs through EPM issued by the client and coordinates with the related parties of actions to be carried out to correct the violation.• Perform Material receiving Inspection of project Material and equipment.• Installation inspection of refrigeration piping including their vacuum test, insulation and cladding.• Installation Inspection of Chilled Water piping layout with supports and Insulation Inspection after Hydro Test.• Inspected the installation of Chillers, Installation of AHUs, FCUs, DX units, Duct Heaters, CHW Pumps, Air separators, Expansion Tanks and Chemical Feeders. • Monitoring Testing and Balancing (TAB) activity.• Performing Functional test for Fire Dampers & C/FSD in the presence of PID.• Knowledge of SAES, SATIP, SAIC, SMACNA, SAEP and SAMSS.

Job Responsibilities: Responsible in the review of shop drawings(for all types of ducts) to ensure that they are in accordance with the design and provide feedback to Consultant. Managing drawings and related data of all types of ducts of Material(GI,SS,Al) for production department from shop drawings. Prepare semi-complex sketches, As built layouts and specifications for ducting. Review 'As Built Drawings'​ and Operation and Maintenance manuals to ensure correctness, completeness and that they are in-line with the specifications Responsible to assess and coordinate project orders. Monitor all work instructions and maintain all deliveries for projects to maintain most favorable qualities within required timeframe. Attend coordination meetings and anticipate potential problem areas and solve them before they occur. Prepare job site instructions for supervisors to facilitate the contractor's progress. Inspect deliveries/installed/constructed work of ducting to ensure that it is in accordance with the shop drawings and the specifications and provide feedback to the Consultant. Issue field observation report and none compliance reports (NCR). Support procurement to prepare capital budget, departmental planning and goals. Maintain Documents of product issues for future reference and problem resolution.
