Fm Supervisor
Current.Responsible for executing and supervising, directing and participating in the installation, operation, maintenance and repair of applicable HVAC equipment, Electrical equipment , building control system ,systems involving electric,water flow,gas/electric heating and cooling equipment, valves,apparatus and lines used in the distribution of heated , chilled or processed water,package units,Camera's monitors,fire/life safety system,walk through gates and maintenance management system. .Operation Maintenance of HVAC system including Air cold Chiller,FAHU,AHU, FCU,Package units,Stand floor units Split units and VRV system. .Plumbing section maintenance centrifugal pump,booster pumps, Submersible pump, Fountain system irrigation system and other installed equipment. .LV room and Generator maintenance..Keep the store items updated with electrical,machincal and plumbing items for regular maintenance. .Perform other works as directed by their line manager from time to time ..Prepare and provide management reports in a timely manner as and when required. .Plan,coordinate and supervise in house staff,consultants and specialists service contractors on the building services. .Coordinate with extrnal parties/contractors in the building services. .Following up with the contractors for PPM on a daily and monthly basis and monitoring/ensuring that planned preventative maintenance tasks are carried out as per the scheduled frequency and provided work completion reports ..Following up with the HSE department about standards ,policies and promoted to create a safe work environment with the proper PPE. .Responding to emergencies during and after the working hours to resolve the emergency requirements and preparing the details incident report. .Monitoring the fit-out and renovation work.
