Job Description are as follows:- Prepare and file financial statements and tax returns in compliance with both International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).- Ensure accurate financial reporting across multiple jurisdictions, adhering to IFRS, GAAP, and local regulatory requirements.- Analyze financial data to determine tax liabilities, deductions, and credits while considering the differences between IFRS and GAAP reporting.- Manage and reconcile deferred tax ledgers, ensuring accurate reporting of temporary differences and deferred tax assets/liabilities according to both IFRS and GAAP.- Provide tax planning and advisory services for clients with global operations, optimizing tax positions under both IFRS and GAAP frameworks.- Review and reconcile financial statements, ensuring compliance with the appropriate accounting standards based on client needs.- Send queries to clients regarding missing information and accounting records, such as bank deposit documents, cash withdrawal records, and other supporting financial data.- Assist with audits and resolve discrepancies with international, federal, and state tax authorities.- Stay updated on changes in both IFRS and U.S. GAAP standards, as well as relevant local and international tax regulations.- Collaborate with multinational clients to gather financial information, ensuring accurate and timely tax filings and financial reports.- Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of client data while delivering high-quality financial and tax advisory services.
