• Maintaining financial record by recording sales/purchases & Expenses on daily basis.• Writing cheques in favor of suppliers and other payables.• Managing Petty cash system.• Management of account receivables and payables.• Working on payroll system.• Preparation & filing of VAT return quarterly.• Preparation of Bank reconciliation statement monthly.• Preparing & posting financial vouchers.• Ensure that there are effective internal controls.• Preparation of feasibilities, financial projections and restructuring proposals.• Preparation of Quarterly/Annual Financial Statements, Account Reconciliations, including Ad Hoc Financial Reports and Statements.• Working capital management including bank, cash management.• Processing payments by using online banking system and Liaison with bank representatives in case of any delay or error in payment process.• Financial reporting and management accounts.• Review general ledger on a periodical basis to ensure accuracy of posting and documents maintenance.
