Project Management of in-house as well as vendor based ADC projects and Supervising of ADC Support Team.Current Ongoing Projects: Japan Credit Bureau (JCB) Issuing.Branchless BankingMobile BankingInternet BankingIVRManaging the ADC Systems enhancements, development, infrastructure and integration with others systems.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:(1) Managing the development, designing, implementation and integration of ADC [Alternate Delivery channels] applications including Phoenix, card production, Internet-banking, JCB Acquiring, Utility Bill Payment Switch, IVR, Middleware server (Rendezvous) , iCam, iJournal, ATMs from all technical and operational aspects(2) Project coordination with the vendors and internal team for ADC related enhancements / projects in order to facilitate the product analysis, development and implementation of the same.(3) Managing technical/ software support, administration & maintenance of all ADC applications & systems (Phoenix,Middleware server (Rendezvous) ,Internet Banking , UBPS, IVR, icam, ijournal, HSM), and other connected interfaces; Ensure high availability of the same.
