• Responsible for the efficient and safe scheduling/execution for the company’s truck dispatch.• Logging and tracking required documentation in relation to all applicable deliveries.• Responsible for all order fulfillment paperwork for invoice processing through Dispatching team• Responsible for all Drivers scheduling and managing and filing reports on them once needed.• The safe loading/placement of material on trucks.• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and on time deliveries.• Handle all paperwork related to delivery/fulfilled orders and turning into credit for invoice processing.• Maintain records of dispatched calls, driver routes, route changes, as well as delivery and pickup times.• Study all the available solutions for delivering the Finished Products from the company’s assigned store to the customer’s assigned premises efficiently and with the minimum cost.• Logging customer complaints to continuously find ways to improve customer service.• Monthly reports of trucks violations, and evaluate the drivers.• File freight claims as needed• Manage Dispatching team• Track all incoming/outgoing shipments and follow up with suppliers or logistics services regarding any damaged or missing items etc.• Create and report presentations related to Transportation to supply chain Management.• Plan, coordinated, and ensured completion of both routine and unexpected maintenance of vehicles, trucks, and equipment.• Completes all necessary and required documentation associated with the operation accurately and promptly.
