• Monitor and manage the activity of RMPS.• Ensure compliance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).• Recommend measures if any, to your Head of Department, for improvement of SOPs.• Recommend measures for cost cutting without compromising quality, wherever possible.• To cope with the core team regarding recently launched ERP system (Oracle).• Ensure real time entries in ERP.• Reduction of waste and improvement in the yield by using different tools and techniques. • Preparation for the audit of QMS.• To deal and conduct special and annual audit with auditors of the company.• Effectively takes part in Quality council process for the improvement of quality and regulatory compliance.• Ensure the implementation of FIFO & FEFO.• Check, verify and then post of all store documents like GRNs, issuance sheets & supplier delivery challan and verify in ERP.• Checks on monthly basis and ensure physical & book balance match.• Planning & manage of import & local stock having communication with procurement & planning department.• Review on monthly basis all hold/rejected material and take action.• Handle labors, supervisors’ & officers’ working and any other task related to store, assigned by the Manager warehouse.• To follow code of conduct while on duty and preach the same to others.• To have effective coordination with the seniors for smooth/efficient work-flow.• To provide immediate feedback to your immediate supervisor, HOD or management in case of any abnormality.• Planning of short and excess materials.

Prime areas of responsibilities are,Monitoring all activities of Raw Material & Packaging Stores.Improvement in the process by changing the process to make it easier and simple. Reduction of waste and improvement in the yield by using different tools and techniques. Preparation for the audit of QMS.To deal and conduct special and annual audit with the auditors of the company.Effectively take part in Quality council process for the improvement of quality and regulatory compliance.Monitoring all activities of Printing Section.Care taking of all affairs regarding maintenance of stackers & Folk Lifts.Planning & manage of Import & Local stock having communication with procurement & planning department.Preparation of daily stock report for management.Preparation and maintenance of proper store records.Preparation of Goods Receiving Notes on daily basis.Achievements:Streamline Supply Chain Process.Space optimization by working on Dead, Rejected and Expired materials. Checking all delivery orders on daily basis.Inventory management.Performed duties in the absence of Branch Manager.Reduction of waste and improvement in the yield by using different tools and techniques.
