Develops and implements an effective security plan by identifying security risks, practical mitigation measures for each risk, and the ensuingresidual risksContinually assesses security risks inside and outside the office, providing as necessary recommendations to the Security managementteam on the design and implementation of additional or modified mitigation measures, amending the aforementioned plan in order to keepit up to dateEvaluates security system requirements for all RO, & MSCs (e.g. fences, gates, doors and windows, security lighting, alarm systems,generators and inverters, 24/7 property guard services, etc.) and makes fit-up recommendations to the Manager, Local Operations andController, Regional Operations.Sees to the proper security readiness of all employees by coordinating regular office fire drills, testing of the telephone tree audits in liaisonwith local management and the Security ManagementRegularly monitors the CCTV feed from the office surveillance cameras to ensure they remain functional at all timesMaintains security systems and equipment in the office and executes minor repairs.Reports to management and relevant authorities (the law enforcement), on a timely basis, incidents of security breaches that relate to theoffice.Liaises with security vendors that provide the alarm system and guarding services where the event or alert occurred.Works with the EHS to assess the safety conditions (During COVID session) in the office, implement measures that enforce workplace healthand safety regulations, keeping my Manager and the Head of Security informed.
