For the past ten years, I have served as the Project Director for the 50MW Sachal Wind Power Plant, a project under the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor. I participated in negotiating the Power Purchase Agreement and Implementation Agreement with government agencies from 2014 to 2015. Between 2016 and 2017, I oversaw all EPC operations along side looking after the site management. After the commercial operation date (COD), I managed the O&M activities by supervising both the Electrical Balance of Plant (EBOP) and Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs) contractors.In 2019, I successfully developed our own team, allowing us to take over the EBOP operations. By 2020, we established a WTG team with support from the OEM, enabling us to conduct annual and semi-annual maintenance as well as routine troubleshooting independently.During 2017 and 2018, I worked on comprehensive bankable feasibility studies for a 70 MWp solar project for Power Cement in collaboration with ibvogt GmbH, Germany. We also conducted feasibility studies for solar installation at the Sachal Plant to utilize available land and enhance the wind farm's output.I trust that maintaining the highest standard of work and personal ethics create a win-win situation for both, the organization and myself.

I am remotely managing the EBOP operations of this 100MW wind power plant from the O&M contractor's side. This role includes overseeing round-the-clock CCR operations and maintenance of the facility.

Performed Internal Security duties in Sindh Province (1992 - 1993). Performed duty at the highest battle field i.e Siachin Glacier (1995). Remained Instructor at Army School of Mountain Warfare & Physical Training (1997 – 1999)Performed as a Liaison Officer with foreign delegations. IT Team lead for a nationwide Satellite and Land line based network, executed Signal Spectrum, EMI and site surveys all over the country. (2003 – 2008)Participated in Military operations against the anti state elements in Federally Administrative Tribal Areas, Pakistan (2008 - 2011). Carried out technical intelligence operations in Balochistan province & FATA to support ground operations (2003 – 2008 & 2013 - 2015). Remained Chief Instructor at Joint Coalition Training Center (FCTC) established by NATO at Warsak, Khyber Agency (2010 – 2011), organized Combat and Telecom training courses for Border Security Force with instructors from UK, US and Pakistan.
