As Sales manager, I was responsible for planning, organizing and implementing the sales strategies and coordinate the sales & distribution by exploring & establishing new territories to achieve the sales targets and geographically expand the reach of our company. The position further determines the sales potential, training and development of the sales team, monitoring the sales team progress. Also I was closely monitoring the performance of the Key Accounts, Sales promotion activities, forecasting, budgeting, credit control, and recovery in my region.

I was responsible for increasing Sales and managing existing customers, such as RMCs, Precast Companies, Block Factories, interlock and tile factories, Adhesive/motor/grout manufacturers, and Building material Stores.My average monthly sales for grey cement were 35,000MT, and for white cement, it was around 4500 tons, which are valued at $ 11 million.

As an intern I was working in SME Product Development & Credit Policy. Helping in the assessment of the credit application form the Agriculture & SMEs from all over the country. Mainly working in documentation.

Worked in Marketing Department, on fuel card division. I was part of team designing leaflets, banners & other promotional items. Also participated in the promotional event & activity.
