Organize the training to equip the Technician with knowledge and skill to support the line. c. Delegate equipment and maintenance related task and follow up on the accomplishments. 4. Project Involvement. a. Work with Process and Manufacturing counterpart to improve tool uptime, product yield and quality. 5. Coordinator between operation, exhaust, chemical supply and waste treatment. a. Due to Wet Benches the major customer for exhaust, chemical supply and waste treatment, any problem related to those facility need to be ventured to ensure the impact toward the production able to avoid or minimize.

I have had experience mainly in the Mechanical Engineering area. Working as Senior Equipment Engineer II, it gives me experience in dealing with maintenance and the process control of machines in Silterra by supporting on all equipment related issues including machine down recovery, working with manufacturing/production to improve the machine/equipment utilization and plan plus execute relocations, transfers, relay-out of the machine/equipment and new line set-up completely on the schedule time. Moreover I manage to in charge asset management including inter-site transfers and in-house requirements by contacting the sub-contractors/equipment suppliers for machine issues, service and maintenance contract. Working with this position has thought me lots in managing, dealing and leading the technicians towards ensuring proper maintenance of all equipments and etc.
