Current—Monitor and control the day-to-day activities of the site work as well as inspection of the delivered materials against project specs and requirements.—Review the Electrical Shop drawings, material submittals, pre-qualifications, and technical calculations alongside method statements, ITPs, and Quality Checklists for acceptance and ensuring integrity of work scope that all work is carried in accordance with applicable project requirements, codes & standards.—Prepare daily, weekly, and… Show more —Monitor and control the day-to-day activities of the site work as well as inspection of the delivered materials against project specs and requirements.—Review the Electrical Shop drawings, material submittals, pre-qualifications, and technical calculations alongside method statements, ITPs, and Quality Checklists for acceptance and ensuring integrity of work scope that all work is carried in accordance with applicable project requirements, codes & standards.—Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, highlighting key accomplishments, challenges, and upcoming activities.—Coordination with design team for design revisions and queries and ensure that appropriate engineering methods were applied to all project disciplines. —Installation, Testing and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation works in line with the project specification.—Conduct all required FATs and SATs —Conduction of site visits with the Client and contractor to resolve queries and issues to facilitate smooth construction process.—Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure that electrical works are executed according to project plans, schedules, and budget constraints and to resolve any technical problem faced during the project construction stages.—Monitor documentation complies with design criteria, IFC, Shop Drawings /Client/ and standards.—Issuing site memos, NCRs to the contractors upon violating project specs /requirements. —Monitoring quality control systems and HSE (health, safety and environment).—Review and evaluation of monthly interim payments submitted by the contractor.—Inspection of all electrical works of all existing projects to ensure compliance with project's specifications, construction drawings and as per approved inspection and test plan.—Checking & finalizing the ‘As Built’ drawings and O&M manuals provided by the Contractors.
